No, the design is only printed on one side. If I recall the back side is white. I have this in a King, Queen and Twin at our Airbnb condo (in 2 designs, so 6 total). They get a lot of use and are washed and dried after each guest, and are holding up very well. Since it's warm weather year round we don't use the comforter inside. They look nice and are easy and quick to wash and dry.
