Works GREAT!
I make a lot of cheese and found this to be the best value for the money. I like using a liquid as it seems to incorporate into the milk easier. This rennet has no flavor which is ideal...works great and is vegitarian for those that follow specific diets. Double strength microbial rennet derived from Mucor miehei. This rennet is acceptable for the production of vegetarian cheeses. Non-animal, Non GMO and gluten FREE

Used this product trying to make mozzarella cheese and it turned out more like ricotta.

This worked great on my first attempt to make my own mozzarella cheese. For the best results, get a easy to read candy thermometer too!

This is really sketchy…
Food products in the U.S. must include a manufacturer or distributor name. This stuff comes in a bottle that includes neither. There is absolutely no way to know who made this or where it came from. It could have been cooked up in a dorm room for all I can tell.Based on this and the fact that other reviews are mixed, I’m sending it back before I waste gallons of expensive raw milk to make cheese. This stuff is literally illegal in every state in the US for the lack of appropriate information on the bottle.
