ROCK SAUCE RESCUE
This roll-on is so easy to use and it relieves sore muscles super well. Recommended by my Physical Therapist. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Quick Pain Relief Roll On
This pain relief roll on works pretty good. It's a little pricey for 3ounces. That's probably why, they stopped using it at therapy. I carry it in my bag, for fast relief on my back and calves.

Roller ball doesnโt work well but product does
I like the product and it has helped with pain. I donโt like the roller ball. I have a hard time getting the product to come out when rolling. I tried shaking it and squeezing it. It comes out intermittently.

By far the best out on the market otc
We have been using this rock sauce fire for 5 years and it's simply the best pain relief for the price. No skin irritation and it smells similar to Pepto bismuth instead of bengay smell but the smell fades fast but pain relief is great even hours after applying

Awesome, Potent!
Iโve spent years cycling through various muscle rubs, balms, and ointments to deal with the inevitable aches that come with an active lifestyle, and most of them follow the same predictable pattern: a brief cooling sensation followed by a faint scent of menthol that disappears before the pain actually does. RockTape RockSauce Fire is a completely different animal. When they put "Fire" in the name, they aren't exaggerating for marketing purposes. This stuff is legitimately potent, and it provides the kind of deep, radiating heat that you usually only find in professional-grade sports therapy clinics. Itโs become a permanent fixture in my gym bag, though Iโve learned the hard way that you have to treat it with a significant amount of respect. The standout feature is the "creeper" effect of the capsaicin. When you first roll it on using the convenient applicatorโwhich is a genius design because it keeps the product off your handsโit feels relatively mild, almost like a standard cooling gel. But once you start moving and your body temperature begins to rise, the heat kicks in with a vengeance. Itโs a deep, penetrating warmth that feels like itโs actually reaching the muscle fibers rather than just sitting on the surface of the skin. I find it particularly effective for those nagging, dull aches in my lower back or calves that usually take forever to loosen up. The heat lasts significantly longer than other brands, often providing relief for several hours through a full workout and the subsequent commute home. One of the most practical benefits of RockSauce Fire is its water-based formula. Most high-heat creams are oil-based, which means they leave a greasy residue that ruins your clothes and makes it impossible to apply any kind of athletic tape afterward. Since this is water-based, it absorbs quickly and actually works in tandem with kinesiology tape. You can apply it directly over the tape, and it soaks through to the skin without causing the adhesive to peel off. Itโs a game-changer for anyone who needs both structural support and topical pain relief at the same time. However, a word of caution is necessary for anyone new to this product: it is incredibly strong. You really have to be careful about where you touch after applying it, even with the roll-on. If you accidentally rub your eyes or touch sensitive skin before washing your hands thoroughly, youโre going to be in for an intense hour of regret. Also, don't even think about jumping into a hot shower immediately after a workout if you still have this on your skin, unless you want to feel like youโre being boiled alive. Despite the intensity and the very strong cinnamon-menthol scent that will definitely announce your presence in a room, the results are undeniable. For serious muscle relief that actually sticks around, this is easily a 4.5-star product that does exactly what it promises.

New icy hot
Coworker recommended for muscle pain. Loved the menthol smell. Tingles and gets hot which is like icy hot. Nothing crazy different.

Not a gimmick.
This stuff is the goods, as another reviewer said, you pretty much cant feel your legs at all after putting it on. I'm yet to try it on a long run, but I imagine it would do wonders for endurance runners with pains. I was worried this was a gimmick and would be similar to all the other products on the market, but it is definitely more.

Great stuff for a moderate heat cream
I have chronic pain and use all sorts of ointments and other medications. This particular cream is great for applying after a massage, my Physio uses it and after a few minutes with the massage gun on sore spots I follow with this cream and I can move around freely for a little while longer than usual. Itโs not as strong as other creams but it does provide some relief to a similar heat level of deep heat
