Okay so I ordered this from the warehouse deals because when you live right on the water, the salty air eats just about everything. When it arrived ($168.00 warehouse deal) I was worried that it would be missing parts or have damage. Everything was in order until we realized that part of the pre build was done upside down. So we disassembled the pre built part and flipped up right side up and viola! We had a perfect chair. We fought over it so I bought another one, again from the warehouse price and that one came perfectly with the pre built items done correctly. No more fighting over the chairs. The cushions I purchased separately also from amazon. We are very happy with them and our neighbors are all jealous.

I bought two of these chairs for my balcony. At first I was disappointed that they were not wood, but made of resin. However, I realized they are better than wood. They are very good quality, very sturdy and they seem like they will withstand any weather for decades. Assembly is a little difficult because it was rather hard to turn the screws with the t-handle wrench provided and the screws were very long and tight but I don't think the screws will ever come loose. The chair is heavy and they give the feeling of sturdiness.

Great quality outdoor furniture; heavy duty and easy to assemble. Not too time consuming. I know it'll last for years to come without the high price of other like-type patio furniture.

I use these stools at our outdoor bar on our pool deck/lanai in Florida. At least they will NEVER RUST like the other two sets we have had over the past 15 years.They are far superior to the old metal frame stools we had. More $$$, but, I’m confident that they will last much longer. They will probably outlive me.......

I love these chairs for my patio! They were simple to assemble, the instructions clear, and the tools and proper hardware were included.They're comfortable, feel good to the touch, and have been rugged but easy to clean. This style was important for getting us up and out of easy reach of our dog!

love the furniture with regards to longevity, but now on 3 different orders, i find either a) parts missing, or b) I have to drill pieces because the factory forgot to drill holes on one of the pieces.I tried to get the cross member for one of the chairs, and the factory could not provide it after many attempts and even through Amazon. I still have it missing to this day.Hence great furniture, but a pain to assemble and get any kind of factory support.

The chairs look great and feel sturdy, but I ordered two and one set of screws for the chair is stainless steel and the other is painted to match the chair. Seems like a quality control issue. I would like a new set of stainless steel screws to match the other chair. The painted screws peel when the chair is built. I purchased a table as well and those screws are also stainless.

Amazing! Wish we'd bought these years ago. Using on an exposed top deck. Durable, great looking, comfortable. Expensive but worth it!UPDATE 2 YEARS: Still look great, perfect condition. Without a doubt, one of the better outdoor furniture investments we've made. Continued enthusiastic recommendation!
