Yes it is, and it looks AWESOME! on my wife. The packaging is slightly different, but it is called "Bawse". I suspect that it's just because of differing markets (Canada vs. US).

Q: Would this look good on golden skin and if not, what color would look good on golden?

I have light, but not quite fair skin. I can always wear these apricot and mauve shades. I'm not sure what you mean by golden, unless you mean tan, but even when I have a tan, I can still wear this color. You may want to go to a local makeup store to try on different hues to find your color range before ordering.

Q: does this lipstick look like the one superwoman is wearing on her book cover, and if it is, does it look similar on lighter skin?

Bawse is her color. Sephora did a campaign on it with her. I'm fair skinned and it's bold. I can't link you but if you can go through my profile and look at my reviews, I wore it for a product photo for bamboo cat eye sunglasses.
