The flat side wasn’t smooth at all. It seems to have a metal like film over it instead of it actually being a smooth metal.

The tapered pen was great, for a while. Then, while I was dipping the pen into my paint the tip fell out of the handle and splashed paint all over my shirt. Additionally, it wasted paint while I had to dig it out of my paint bottle. I will now spend the money to get a good edge painting pen.

Neither turns smoothly. one applicator the tip falls out. both applicators have poor bearings causing them not to roll smoothly and jitter. sorry i purchased this as they are unusable.

The head where it is supposed to apply at hardly moves on both of them it don't work correctly. The heads where it is supposed to move don't move correctly, start and stops. it is not smooth rolling.

I was surprised by the quality considering the price. I feel that this is a good buy.
