Gaming Mouse Grip Tape (Model D)

My office is air conditioned so my hands are usually dry, so I couldn't get a good grip on my Glorious Model D even though I have the matte finished version. The grip tape solved the problem perfectly: not too smooth and not too grippy. Application was a breeze, the tape is very forgiving so if you are going slightly off you can pull or push the tape into place and the tape will pick up the slack. The only potential downside is that I have just installed it so I can't comment on longevity. Also, I feel like the mouse should have come like this, it's such an improvement over stock.

I liked it for a while, but after a month or so the grips started sliding a little bit which caused the grip to slide and fold together creating an annoying bump in the grip. After about 3 months I decided to peel them off altogether because the sliding issue was happening on every piece. I cleaned my mouse thoroughly before applying the grips, so my guess is the adhesive loosens under heat and with constant use it slides. I cannot recommend these, but they were good until they started sliding.

Only had these for about a year and already they have air bubbles, and are peeling on the edges causing a horrible feeling while in hand. Very disappointed with this.

It's fantastic when your hands are dry, grips perfectly. The moment you have a sliver of moisture, it's slicker than the plastic of the mouse itself. If you live in a humid area or just have sweaty hands, I'd look elsewhere.

Day 1: grip and texture was good. Day 2: had to clean it with aome isopropyl alcohol, first i thought maybe i used it with greasy hand but no the texture made my fingertips sweaty. Your mileage can vary though.

I tried this thing for my Model D and while at first it helped with lots of my long gaming sessions, it started to get slick, not grippy and eventually made it harder to game with. When I would lift off to help with longer turns, I would feel it start to slip out of my hand on the sides. I ended up taking off the sides and back body near the palm so I could feel it in my palm. The finger tips are still fine, but I'm a palm grip player, not a finger or claw grip. So, it has little impact for what I do if I leave them on there.
