I own a ton of Cutco knives. This one doesn't disappoint! Cutco may be pricey but it's worth every penny. They garentee their products for life! And I'm not talking about your life....you can give these knives to your great grandkids & they can get them sharpened for shipping cost, or replaced if necessary. I sent my stuff out to get sharpened, including kitchen shears, they had a bit of rust on them at the hinge. Cutco gave me a new pair! Cutco all the way! Sorry got a little carried away. This knife particularly is awesome! I make beef jerky every week & it's fantastic cutting thru the meat & getting the fat off. I'm extremely happy with this knife!
