Update: Leg Guard works great. There is some padding that protects the back side of the leg and side of ankles you will need to buy shin guards inserts. I have bought 2 pairs so far and both pairs have taken a beating by my son who plays High School and competitive soccer and he loves them. I wanted something that helps protect more then just the shin, the extra padding helps with this.

Works better than just sleeves and offers additional padding around ankles - that was an added bonus! Decent quality and exact sizing. Would get another pair or two in black this time.

I just spent $40 on shin guard covers that were supposed to be new but just arrrved today with yellow stains on front, and back side is slightly gray as if they were used and already worn. Very disappointed!!!!!!! I bought the white ones to wear under white socks. It there anyway to replace these without paying any return or shipping costs????

Very lightweight. Protected perfectly with aftermarket shin inserts. Would recommend to anyone. Only thing is will NOT protect during a tyrolean traverse (padding not in target area).

Great product! Light weight, holds shin guards in place without tape...as long as a tight soccer sock is worn over the storelli shield. A tad too expensive at over $30.

Great value for money

Bought for my son who is a goalkeeper and is a large frame. These were the only thing that would fit him and provide minimal protection to him.
