I wanted the regular straight edge, thought this one was straight. It is an angled spatula. It works, but since the description does not mention that it is angled and the pictures look like it is a straight edge, I gave it 4 stars.

This spatular was a recommendation for plastic version in “The Test Kitchen” cookbook. I bought one, and my wife and I loved it. Something so simple that works so well. It’s not for heavy use, but perfect for fish and Cutlets. The only issue was we only had one. An issue now corrected. Not only would We buy it again, we did.

This works really well in our non-stick pans. It is a good size and is flexible but sturdy, and is easy to clean.

I love this spatula! It is very thin and makes flipping eggs a breeze. It does not clean as easily as hoped for but it is so worth it.

Wonderful to use. Extremely easy to maneuver.

While I like the product, I do feel it is on the expensive end for cooking utensils like this.
