Macrium Free is very good for cloning and easy to use. I've cloned several drives with it.

Q: Does this ssd really need 1 to 3 months for a delivery?

Not the ones I've bought! There's plenty of choices for SSDs that come within two days or sooner (in stock at Amazon warehouse). Just look at the expected shipping date on the product description. If it doesn't give one don't buy it.
