I've just finished using the MCT powder by the same company and this is even better with the addition of Ashwagandha. I've taken Ashwagandha in a capsule form before and felt great using it so it's great to have it combined with MCT so I can take both in my coffee.The way I would describe it is it cuts my anxiety in half and I already feel more energetic and focused from the MCT so having them both, plus the caffeine from my coffee is a way to get my brain on the right track for the day.I've just started taking a second serving mid afternoon before I train so I will report back if there are any other changes

Can't believe I've only just started taking this MCT oil. I used to add an actual oil to my coffees but had to stop because I felt like I could have been sick every time. This powder is so easy for me to hold down. I add it to my bottle of water for when I'm working out and I feel like it gives me an added boost. Not sure if it's placebo but even if it is, it's getting me through my workout sessions! My stomach bloating looks like it's gone down and I feel comfortable wearing my tight-fitting tops again. Love it

The media could not be loaded.  I tried it in my coffee and didn't like it, I like my coffee to taste like coffee! But each to their own taste it wasn't for me.I then tried it in fresh orange juice, fantastic!Just put both in a mixer cup, give a little shake all ready to drink. Mixes well not clumpy. Look forward to drinking it every day. Recommend trying it a good way to take MCT oil.

I got this to level up my morning coffee and I am not disappointed. I have had mct oil before but the liquid upset my stomach and I have not had any issues with this at all. It does mix well in coffee but I think it helps when you put the powder in first and stir as you pour your water/coffee into the cup. It does taste a little creamy in a pleasant way and it definitely does give you a little boost mentally, perfect start to my day. I do notice that I also feel the need to drink more water after consuming this but I find that just another benefit as it is always good to hydrate...right!

I'm a big fan of Inner Vitality's Black Seed oil and like their Omega capsules too so figured I'd give this a try. I'm a stickler for my coffee in the mornings, fast semi-regularly and have a busy start with the kids so this ticks a few boxes.Tbh I didn't think it'd mix well but it mixed easy, tasted fine (I read one review saying they didn't like the taste in their coffee so swapped it for a smoothie but I think it's alright). And no digestive issues, I didn't even realise that was a thing when you start using MCT oil but it does say on the label to start with a smaller serving initially.Anyway, I've felt really good and picked up a second one for the cupboard at work.

Seems like a good product, mixes well with everything, including coffee, unfortunately Iv just realised all coconut products don’t sit well with my asthma, so I’m not in a position to comment on the benefits of the powder.

This is a great way to take MCT oil, it mixes easy without any lumps and adds a nice creaminess in coffee. Ashwagandha is a great addition for stress and energy so all round recommended. It’s a very effective combination I will definitely be buying again.
