Q: Which wall bushings or pass through feed bushing can you use for outside walls? i don't want to have to cut off the rj45 connector ends. thanks.

You do not have to make any cuts, just make sure that you seal the hole(s) that you drill in your wall(s), ceiling(s), floors(s), etc., after you pull your cable(s) through. I used clear (bath & tile) silicon sealant on all of my inside and/or outside exposed holes. Works beautifully. and a tube of sealant is cheap.

Q: Is is grounded end to end?

I have a shorter one, but it is grounded and shielded end to end.

Q: are the ends terminated with true cat 6 staggered pin RJ45's?

Yes, but for my application, I cut them off and ran them through the brick into my living room.
