Is this hdmi 2.1 certified? there are mixture of comments of yes and no.

Yes, Ultra High Speed HDMI certified, with sticker. Cable has been on the Amazon for a year. Certification program just started at Nov. 2020. So earlier buyer did not have the sticker. Since Dec 2020, all new stocks have the certificatioin sticker. Thanks!

Can i use it with my 4k gaming monitor at 165hz refresh rate?

Your monitor has to have an HDMI 2.1 input. Your device outputting video has to have an HDMI 2.1 output. If this is the case, yes, this cable will do that, based on spec. If neither your input or output is HDMI 2.1, then the cable won't change that.

Sorry to ask this but is this cable better than this 60 dollar cable hdmi fiber cable 6ft 4k 60hz, feizlink. it has 4:2:2 for 12 bit 60p.
