I read this book several times over. Very helpful and passed my check ride. I have a different book and it was very dry without pictures. I got bored with it quickly.

I'm just about to take my checkride and this book has been fantastic. The information is clear and concise. Waaay better than some of those other books that a thousand pages. The book is filled with all the necessary acronyms and diagrams. If you want the information without all the fluff, this is the book for you.Update: Just passed my checkride!!!! Got this for my boyfriend who began flight training. Other than the Cessna ground lessons this book really helps him have a better understanding as a beginner.
