Good size, good steel, great tool
I bought this with the intention of making a bottom of the bowl gouge to compliment my current bowl gouge. As soon as I starting using this gouge I changed my mind and decided to use this as my daily driver bowl gouge (and convert the other to the once in a while gouge). This holds an edge very well even against a very difficult piece of ash. The tool is well balanced and has a very comfortable handle. Much better quality than my beginner tools and quality that stands up to my more expensive tools. My next tool will be a Hurricane M2 tool. I may even upgrade a few of my beginner tools even though they have lots of remaining life.

Good turning tool.
It is well built. I am new to wood turning but I like that the flute extends further back than my other bowl gouges I hope that will meet longer useful tool life.It sharpens well and seems to hold the edge ( depending on the type of wood).
