Does it come with instructional dvd ?

No, mine did not. Came with instructional pamphlet. Nothing special, but gives you the idea.

Does it come in left handed ?

Yes it does. If you order one, please send us a note and we can make sure to ship you a LH version.

Will it adjust enough for someone who is 6’8” tall?

Tough question. I’m 5.9 and it adjusted fine. I think it said the heights on the web site. The concept is great and does train the positions.
