Beautiful Design
I love this design. I received this today, and was able to put it together by myself in about 40 minutes. It came packaged in a cardboard box, identifying that this was made in China, with the foam wrapped pieces packaged between Styrofoam. I ordered dark taupe and it is the greyish toned wood that others have described. Exactly what I wanted. The directions make assembly look way way more complicated than it really is. I put all the screws and parts into each of the four legs first, attached the middle and bottom shelf to one leg and added the other three legs one at a time as I rotated the table. I then tightened up everything and attached the top. It goes together quite nicely this way. It's pretty sturdy. I left it by the kitchen counter while cleaning space for it and came back to find it being used as a stool. I bought it to hold a plant. Since it doesn't have a wide base, I will probably use a cascading plant with this vase, maybe a Tradescantia as I wouldn't put anything too top heavy on it. Otherwise I'd go with something more grounded to the surface of the table. I'm ordering a second one for the other corner of the room and will update this review with photos of how I easily assembled this piece.Update: I put my second one together and took some photos during assembly. I see that Jennifer Hiatt posted photos as well, as it looks like our process is the same. I started by putting in all the pieces that go into each leg, including a drop of glue to secure the wooden dowels. I then attach the top shelf brace and bottom shelf apron to each leg. The middle and bottom shelf are then attached to leg one. The second leg attaches at three points, the two prongs into the top shelf brace, one prong into the middle shelf and one prong into the bottom shelf. Make sure the bottom shelf apron fits nicely between the two legs and is not crooked. When attaching I half tighten the locks. I then just rotate the shelf and do the same with the third leg then the fourth or last leg. The last leg will attach to both the third and first top shelf brace. I insert the four long screws at the bottom to secure the apron, and place the stickers over the nail head, grain with grain. Drop a little glue into the dowel holes of the top shelf and pop it on top. Go over the entire shelf and ensure my locks are tight and done. Took me about 25 minutes this time.

Very Attractive and Sturdy
The assembled table is quite good looking and very solid. I like it and would recommend it. However, be advised that it takes some time to assemble it. The directions lack very much detail, but go slow and keep referring to the diagrams. Allow 1.5 to 2 hours from start to finish. But the final product is worth the time and effort.

Not easy to assemble.
This table is beautiful, but was very hard to put together. I have assembled many item that I bought from Amazon, but this was a challenge.I had to hire someone to finish it for me:.. the instructions were very vague and hard to read. The carpenter I hired even said that as well. The finished product is very vice and I am happy with it…. Just not easy to assemble.
