Not very good set screw
The product itself is fine. The screw terminals won't tighten around the wires. Using 8 guage stranded wire. The terminals don't want to stay tight.

Easy to install
I got one of these double pole breakers to disconnect the solar panels from the controller and to protect the whole system. Although I doubt two 100 watt solar panels could cause the breakers to trip, the protection is there if something does go wrong. The DIN mounting system is excellent: just screw the plate where you want it and the breaker snaps in place. The two poles means one can disconnect both positive and negative leads with one ganged switch. I mounted mine in a enclosed location and I just lift a cover if I need to disconnect the panels. Controller manufacturers recommend disconnecting the solar panels before disconnecting the battery connection to the controller, so something like these breakers are needed to do that.

I needed a circuit breaker between the charge controller and the battery and I wanted a switch. This is working well. I mounted the rail ( included) and then the circuit breaker onto the rail and connected wires for battery and charge controller. The result is very solid. Very easy now to turn power on and off to the charge controller. Very prompt delivery after ordering.

Works great, a little flimsy though
I like how well they work after some thorough testing. I like how easy they are to install as well and the peace of mind on having the solar disconnect setup with proper amperage protection. The negative - the first one installed well. The second one, on one of the connectors I had a hard time getting it to tighten enough to really secure the wire in place. Someone else mentioned this too about how they even tried screwing it even more to the point of the plastic looking like it was going to break. Like the other review, it didn’t break for me either and ended up being okay.
