Easy to understand!
This book explains in simple language how to eat the right foods to maintain a normal blood pressure. It is well written and even provides a few recipes that are so simple to make. I am very excited to see how this healthy approach works!

Essential book for a healthy lifestyle
High blood pressure is one of the most common health problems associated with lifestyle choices. This book is an excellent resource for the patients of hypertension. Very informative and comprehensive book. The author provided the causes and preventive measures of hypertension within this book. The author also focused on about meal planning and some healthy recipes. I am really impressed with the contents of this book. I am getting huge benefits after following the book. I would definitely recommend this book.

Microscopic Charts
The book as it is in a Kindle for PC reader is not 100% useable. The charts and tables are microscopic and unusable. I mean they can't be read or enlarged to a point that they are readable. Nor can they be copied and pasted to a program or format that is enlargeable. I found the information that I could read useful but not particularly new or insightful. Many of the superfoods are in the charts and not accessible to the naked eye. If you want this book the printed version is be a better choice. Do not buy the electronic version and expect to be able to read it.

Very few recipes, not well organized
24% at the start of the book is high level Wikipedia-type information about causes of the high blood pressure. 24% to 30% is info about how to prevent blood pressure (common knowledge things like reducing salt in take in). From 30% to 43% thoughts on low salt cooking and meal preparation. At 44% we see the first recipe, the recipes start with breakfast and has a oatmeal recipe. The recipes flow one after another without starting each recipe on a new page, this means even short recipes typically require a page flip and I have a huge preference not to flip pages when my hands are dirty with food stuff. The book has no images, no caloric information, no estimate of hard or easy recipe. Recipes end at 61% where the author starts the list of super foods. At end of the book there are "bonus" recipes for juicing.Overall, a pretty disappointing book. It has very high level common knowledge information and very few recipes, which were not well organized.Ali Julia review

EASY READ AND INFORMATIVE
Although small (64 pages)* it gets to the point with numerous b/w illustrations. A little pricey for what you get* but a handy size, it is an easy and informative read, printed on strong paper with larger font. The book is coupled with the numerous, consistent information read in the medical websites on the internet. There is "no free lunch" to keeping BP down. Being aware plus doing something about it is the answer.
