I-Control is Incredibly Awesome!
You may have read my other reviews on the I-Block and I-Remove products and as you can tell, I'm a big fan of the bmiSMART products. I know the formula to lose weight is exercise & diet - in short - "burn more calories than you take in." That being said, I also know that love food (and I'm not talking celery and carrots) and outside of Racquetball and a couple of other sports, I'm not someone who spends time in a gym or running.I've tried so many products that claim to curb my appetite or burn more calories over the past 10+ years (Hydroxy Cut, Slim Fast, Green Tea Extract, etc), but quickly discovered the negative side effects were too much for me. Im reodering so it gets 4 stars...but the 5 star comes after a month of continued satisfaction:)
Just reordered. Been taking it for one week. Using all three products together. bmi products.I had lost 140lbs on my own. That journey completed in 2015. Took me almost 3 years to do it.Gained back 45 over the last two years sitting behind a desk. This last week has been the easiest week to get through in years. So I reordered. Along with this product I am really trying to follow a low carb diet. But the decrease in appetite is absolutely helping me stay on track.If you suffer from an eating disorder I fear this product could get you into trouble...but if you're just someone who needs to cut back and curb hunger I think or at least hope this product is the help we need. Especially for those of us 50+.So far so good though...lets see what the outcome is in three months from now;)

Works quickly to subdue hunger
This one is probably my favorite out of all three from this line I've been using! Again--no heart palpitations or crazy anxiety feeling or keeping me up all night! I just feel like not eating!! Love this. This line of 3 products are brilliant for not making me feel queasy and sick. I love the individual packets of 2 pills. Super convenient for work. None of the pills taste gross. Excited to keep using them!

don't waste your money
didn't see any appetite reducing. bought it because it was supposed to be money back guarantee, however, no receipt when shipped and figured my mistake for believing yet once again there would be such a product on the market. dont' waste your money

Works as promised
Works as promised. When taken 15-30 minutes before a meal, they do make you feel less hungry and more full, and even last beyond a meal for a couple of hours.
