Good, plastic yes but did the job fine, easy to fit, only difficulty was getting the old one off.

So easy to replace, good quality construction, measure your old buttons push rod and cut the new one to size. Lock ring secures the complete unit. Perfect job

Buttons made from plastic rather than metal, though they are chrome in colour. Not sure how robust they'll be but at least there is a spare. I had to cut ends off to fit my cistern. Instructions would have been useful. Price was cheap, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

I ordered this item from this company and was slightly disbelieving that it would be here next day given that it was two pm when I ordered it. I received it early morning the following day and was able to complete my repairs prior to s property inspection. As luck would have it , I needed another two asap so repeated my order. Again , it was with me early morning the following day. Incredible service and a top quality product that is fully adaptable to the varying types of cistern we have in the hotel. Just what I needed fit perfect does what its supposed to do

Overall I think it's a good product and I love the fact that I got 2, so I am all set for next time if needed.The only thing I would say is that the plastic screws that push the flashing systme down are too long. I had to cut them about 4 times to get to the correct lenght so the cover was sitting properly on the flashing unit.
