Great faucet for the price, A+ customer service
The media could not be loaded. Great faucet. Sleek look and great water flow. Faucet was very easy to set up by myself.The first one we received had an issue where it wouldn't shut off properly. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement quickly and was able to get me up and running again. A+ customer service.

Use turtle wax for water spots! Works great, modern cheap faucet
Wanted a more modern look updated faucet for a secondary bathroom, this did the job.It is a lower quality than the big name brands, but I mean, it costs 20% of the price too. It is still all metal, includes the drain assembly, and looks great.install is like any other faucet, I had to cut the drain a little shorter to fit the P trap correctly but that's an easy fix with a hack saw.It does pick up water spots pretty easily as other reviews said, I applied some turtle wax ceramic hybrid to it and that has essentially solved the issue - not sure how long the coating will last but time will tell. It only took a minute to apply.

High end look!
Great looking,extremely easy to install. I've received more compliments on this faucet than any I have ever installed. It was a finishing touch on my bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with it!

Scratched when they came in. Plumbers didn’t scratch
The media could not be loaded. these things look cool, but they get scratched real easily. I’m not sure how to cover the scratches.I wish I could get a refund, but they’re already on the sinks. May be a discount from the person that sent them to us. That would be nice. They also have water spots all the time that you have to wipe off. They are aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t know if they’re worth the hassle.

Fast and helpful customer service!
We initially bought 2 faucets in February 2023. They have worked beautifully and not given us one bit of trouble since. However, my daughter accidentally broke the pop up drain when, in a moment of panic because she’d dropped something down the drain, pulled on it and snapped the drain cover off.I contacted customer service, and within 24 hours a new pop up drain was on its way to me. I couldn’t believe how kind and helpful they were every step of the way, despite it not being their fault at all that the drain broke in the first place. I would 100% recommend this company not just for quality and affordability of product, but for top notch customer service!
