SuperATVEZ-STEER Power Steering Kit for Polaris Ranger Midsize 570 (2015)

Stop reading reviews and order this unit! I had this power steering kit in my amazon shopping cart for over a year. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered it last week and I'm very glad I did. Price and concerns with installation difficulty held me back mainly. If you're like me... you chose the non power steering model because you save over a grand at the dealership.. but regretted it down the road. This kit is your second chance. I installed the unit myself over the course of 2 days. I broke the machine down the night before the kit arrived, then installed the super atv unit in about three hours the following day. I could have done it way faster but I recommend taking your time... I ran into no issues with installation and upon test driving the machine... I am VERY glad I finally chose to make this purchase!

I installed this kit in my 2016 Mid-Size 570 Ranger Crew a couple of months ago. The only reason I did not give a 5-star review is that the kit I received had the wrong length of steering shaft from the bottom of the EPS motor down the the rack and pinion. In my kit, the shaft was too short. I spent some time with Super ATV's technical assistance team and sent them pictures of the issue. They eventually agreed that the shaft in my kit was not the right length. To their credit, they quickly sent me another shaft that was the proper length. From there, I was able to finish the installation and the result is truly FANTASTIC! Honestly, despite the installation trouble (an anomaly, I'm guessing), the tech support team did well and the end result is worth every penny!

EASY steering. Eliminate bump steer. My only suggestion is on the wiring instructions. My ranger had factory power steering wiring right up front and all the fuses and relay's already in the fuse block so I simply spliced into the factory wiring. Additionally the WHITE small wire goes to switched ignition +12 V. Super ATV fails to mention that in the instructions :( and caused me a slight delay till I found a video online.

Product arrived on time. Was packaged very well. I been involved in the aftermath automobile industry for many years and have good mechanical attitude. This is well build considering it was made in China. This product was installed on a 2019 Polaris Ranger 570-4 and just finished installation today. Overall performance was very well. Even my wife can drive it now. One complaint I have is the instructions are terrible. Very little detail with content and the pictures suck. Be sure you check you switched power, power & ground. My instruction were wrong. I would have given this product a 5 star rating if the information on the instructions were more detailed and accurate.

The product so far works great once I figured out the right kit for my Polaris Ranger 570 midsize. I had ordered a different kit that did not fit after two days of attempting to install. After talking to a very rude technical support guy at Super ATV. He needs to re-think his career choice. I want to give Amazon customer service a big compliment for helping me return the first one. They made the return pain free with no questions asked.

This a great package. Everything fit just as it should and the instructions were good enough to get through it in about 2.5 hours. Even if you think your unit steers easy enough without it, this will change your mind.

Kit works great and makes a big difference, about a 3 hour install, instructions kindof suck but it’s not hard to figure out. Kit comes with everything you need. Installed on a midsize 570 with 28” mudlites

If your thinking of getting power steering, do it!! Best thing I've put on my ranger so far. You won't believe the difference especially if your plowing with it.
