Really like it. Is just a little slippery doing certain yoga positions, but better than your average mat.

This mat was to replace my previous one, which started to flake off bits of the material. Keep in mind I had that one for years. I use this mat for HIIT workouts 7 days a week and so far I am very happy with it. No slipping and it provides a good amount of cushioning when jumping. Easy to roll up and it comes with a little rope like thing, which keeps it in place and also acts as a handle. Overall, it's held up well considering heavy use - so very happy so far with this purchase.
