Yes, it support 64GB SD card with a USB card reader, but please note you should format it as FAT32 file system first, thanks

Q: Will the device capture 1080p video and sound from a digital camera?

If the source signal is 1080P, it will record it as 1080P. We are not sure what output port of your camera, if HDMI port, it would support it perfectly, records all signals that your camera export from the HDMI port.Please note that usually digital camera has MiniHDMI port, the device has standard HDMI port, you should have a convert adapter to connect them, thanks
