I've had this for less than a month, and I went to take it out of the port and the end of the transmitter was stuck in the port.Edit: I've lost the end of the transmitter, good news, it still works without the end. So that's a plus.I'll give a four stars, for a reliable transmitter, as in the fact it still works without the end of it.They've contacted me several times on the matter, one in which I forgot to reply too and they sent another. The customer service is definitely there, offered a refund, turned it down for the fact it still works, even without being whole.

This product is great for older vehicles when you want to stream your music off a smart phone and don't want to spend the $100+ for a new stereo and installation. Connects smart phone via bluetooth and/or direct headset cable. Lots of little features are nice such as showing the song title, FM channel, volume button on device, and easy bluetooth pairing. It actually streams any sounds that come from your phone...you can use it to listen to your phone calls/caller. The only downside is that the "neck" is short. Plugging it into the power charger (cigarette lighter) on my vehicle was a tight fit and I could not see the display while in the driver's seat.. A great optional accessory would be a longer flexible "neck" so that it could be inserted into a tight spot but adjusted so the driver can see the display. For $20, it was a perfect solution to my audio problem.

Really good reception, works good, not bulky, small and stylish. It took over a month to get, the wait was way too long. Not sure if this was an isolated case, but if you are in a rush to get it, don't hold your breath.

Great product and does everything that it claims. For those few that said something about the sound quality, you will have no problem if the volumes of the device and your radio is set correctly. I actually couldn't tell the difference of the device from my CDs while music was playing, only on the silent parts do I hear the hissing. Also, here's a little treat for those that were lucky enough to read this. For a few bucks you can get a little wall plug for your home that lets you plug in a car lighter device and use this device in your home with a home stereo. Just make sure to use an outlet close to the system for best quality.

Love the fact that it has a power button!! Just remember to turn it off when you exit the car. I have mine in an old ford bronco so there's a lot of road noise which makes the phone feature irrelevant any way. I'm thrilled with the purchase!
