Q: will this product work for outboard marine engines

I don't recommend using Golden Spectro on outboard engines.

Q: is this fuel + oil or just oil?

This is just oil.. Its a pre-mix oil with a suggested mixing ratio of 32 ounces of gasoline to one ounce of oil. Some engine manufactures may recommend a ratio as high as 50:1.

Q: How would you mix for 32:1 ratio ?

same as any other oil, 4oz. of oil to 1 gallon of fuel = 32:1 The whole bottle (12oz.) in 3 gallons of fuel

Q: Can it be used at 50 to 1 with causing damage?

It depends on the motor you are using it on. Some 2 cycle motor vehicles advertise you can use 50 to 1. This particular oil is for racing motorcycles designed to use 32 to 1 oil. I would not use this 50 to 1. Buy Golden Spectro semi-synthetic pre-mix oil for motors that use 50 to 1.
