The last book in the 4 book series, set in Thorndale. I'll be sorry to see this series disappear, I've loved spending time in Thorndale. I liked how the main characters from previous books are mentioned, so you can see their stories are complete too.Olivia and Tom's story is All about taking a chance on love, when you've had your heart destroyed before; and you've built a wall of work around you so you don't get hurt again. It's a beautiful story and well worth a read.Whilst each book is a standalone story, and can be read in isolation from the others, characters from previous books are mentioned; so the books are best read in order of publication, to preserve continuity of the characters and series.

Great read to get you in the Christmas mood.

Olivia comes to Thorndale to clear her father Hugh's house as his gone to live in an assisted place in town while there she realizes she's sharing the house with Tom who was an actor once. Ellie Olivia's daughter and her boyfriend Logan are coming to stay for the weekend before going off to her fathers. Ellie likes Tom and encourages her mother to see him as boyfriend material. Tom is taking care of Hugh's books and using the garden shed as a book shop and selling a lot of Hugh's books. Tom can cook Olivia can but chooses takeaways as they begin to fall for each other they become engaged by the end of book . Have all these books look forward to the next one

Α lovely Christmas novel with a very beautiful cover.This is a story about two people in their forties Olivia and Tim, who after a very meet cute they find themselves sharing the same house for the holidays.I like how they both worked together on her father's bookshop. They both had many things to consider before they could start a relationship.I liked how they were open between them and especially the way the challenged each other.

I've read all four of this series and thoroughly enjoyed them. Really like how the characters interact and catch your attention, the story just draws you in and you want to know what's next. A heart warming read.

Basic romance, but we'll written.

Wonderful, believable characters……I am so looking forward to reading more from this Author. Escapism at it’s best, most definitely has the feel-good factor.

A nice easy to read book, and very Christmassy. Felt the story was a bit stretch in places, could of had a bit more ump in it.
