The King of Ketchup!
I have never understood why Ketchup Chips don't exist in the USA. It's such a no brainer -- potato chips and ketchup, much like the staple of fries with ketchup, are two flavors that definitely mix perfectly. I see all this experimenting at Lays with crazy flavors like Fried Chicken with Waffles and other wild notions, but Ketchup never appears, even though Lays Canada has a ketchup flavor. What gives?!! At thirteen bucks a bag, these are certainly a luxury and thus a rare treat, but sometimes I just have to have some, especially when I'm feeling nostalgic for my years living in Canada. So many good things there, Hawkins Cheezies, Coffee Crisp and Mr. Big bars, Smarties (not to mention free health care, safe streets, and many other perks haha). I don't do a lot of "junk food" snacking, so, when I do, I like it to be something I really enjoy and so, now and again, these are worth it to me, even at being three to four times more expensive than an average bag of chips. As Ketchup chips go, Old Dutch is the master, in my opinion. Loved these so much, growing up, and they still taste as epically wonderful as I remember. Plus, with Prime, they arrived in just two days, and in perfect condition, good freshness date and with every delicious bite they bring back such great memories. For those that love a ketchup chip, look no further -- these are premium goodness worth every penny. Happy snacking!

Yummy!
These ketchup chips are so good! I have not had any issues with freshness, but they are expensive. Since I can’t get them in the States, I will pay whatever price they are if I really am in the mood for ketchup chips. I still am rating them five stars because these chips are amazingly good!

I love these chips
I love these chips. Can't find in the US, at least not a good brand that I've found, and then rarely, so from time to time I order a bag of at a premium price. Todays delivery was supposed to contain one of these bags. I was excited, as I only have a bag once a month or so, if that. At my doorstep when I got home were 3 packages. 1 box, 2 flimsy "bag" packages. You know the ones: usually brown paper, bubble-wrapped inside. I knew exactly what was in one of them, but was confused about the second, as I was only expecting 3 items to be delivered today. I open the box. Inside was the dog food I needed. Great! But where were the chips? Thought they would be in this box. I open the first "bag'. Inside was the Pathfinder map I ordered. Cool! I open the second bag, wondering, what could be inside!? Its my chips! But wait. These aren't chips. Its crumbs in a bag. An unsealed bag. I hate crumbs.

tastes sour
I was excited to try these chips because I can't find them anywhere in the US. And I have never tasted anything like them. The chips look cool - shades of red all over a classic potato chip. The texture of the chip is crisp and thinly sliced which I like. The flavor is interesting... I like the level of sweetness, but the sourness was pretty unpleasant. It lingers a bit too much. And as I'm chewing on the chip more and more, the sourness becomes kinda sickening to me. One chip and I just want to drink a cup of water to wash it all down... Aside from that, the flavor is actually bold and it sets itself apart from other chip brands like Lay's. Maybe it's my American taste that make me not fully understand the unique flavor. I do have to admit that this brand makes high quality chips though. I'll eat a ketchup chip whenever I'm bored of regular chips!

Chips are not suitable for consumption, a complete waste of $14.00 plus tax.
If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. The chips arrived on time, but completely and utterly crushed. And, I can't return them. So disappointing. Just to add insult to injury, they are expired. I thought maybe we could use them to put on burgers and sandwiches but nope, they are stale too. Waaah Waaah.

The chips are really good
They really taste like Katsup. Really like them and will order more. First-the chips are good. 2- I really support Canada.

Taste great, but way too expensive.
I'm a big fan of ketchup chips, but I'm from the states where we don't really have access to them. My wife got me a bag of these for Christmas, and the flavor is really strong and delicious. The chips came a little too broken up from the shipping process, but that's something that's understandable for me. The non-understandable part is the price being 12.40 for one bag. Probably something I'd continue to order of they were about half that price, but I can't justify continuing to spend over $10 on a bag of chips.

Can Confirm
Considering this made its way all the way from Canada to Alabama, they were nearly as broken up as I thought they’d be. Just a slight bit but not enough to throw a fit about. Fresh too!! Highly recommend since the US is behind on flavor and doesn’t know the joys of ketchup chips or fully dressed chips. Thank you!!!
