This works to bring up platelet count while doing chemo. Mayo integrative oncologist recommended and it worked! May not taste the greatest, but follow it with some water!

Great product

I started using 2 tablespoons a day when my 2d platelet injection (nPlate) only showed an increase of 2. With the liquid added, the following week it increased by ten, I upped to 3 times daily and within 4 days it went up another 11 points, allowing me to finally have a chemo treatment after 3 months of low platelets and nearly 2 months of expensive drugs and injections. The injections are completed but I will continue to use this product for as long as my blood counts show it is working. Taste is strong but not objectionable. Can dilute it with water for a milder flavor.

This herbal supplement has quite literally changed my life and my CBC (Complete Blood Count - I have a rare bone marrow condition), and has left research and clinical hematologists in the USA scratching their allopathic checklist, charts and judgement-based heads as to why on earth the extract of a papaya leaf does what not one non-orphan pharmaceutical available outside of chemo/radiation therapy known to humankind can currently: Stimulate human thrombocytes. There are many resources for those inclined to learn more about why Papaya Leaf is among one of the most precious nutritional supplements and teas in the natural medicine cabinet for those platelets! This is a strong syrup and I've found I need far less than recommended to achieve measurable improvements in blood health and general sense of well-being. I've also found I don't need to take it every day, but 2-3 day intervals with cups of tea in between are working some real magic for me and I am and will be forever grateful for what has been, for me, as close to a miracle as a skeptical empiricist will admit to having seen. I imagine the amount a given person needs will be based on a lot of variables, so of course as with anything that has direct effect on medical health, talk to your care provider and let them know you are taking it. My own PC waved it away like it was irrelevant, but can't explain the sudden and continuing rise and stabilization of my blood health.

My lab test in May 2025 showed platelet level of 72. I started this papaya leaf extract and my labs on October 2025 showed my platelets at 111. Highly recommend! I also took Floradix liquid iron. My white blood cells that were low also increased. I’m a believer!

Having mild thrombocytopenia, I first used this product in 2021. As a result, my platelet count went from the 142,000 range to 163,000 taking 3 doses of 1 table spoon per day for a couple of months. When I stopped taking it, I noticed symptoms coming back (tiny red/blood dots all over my body, micro bleeding). Great product, I wish they found a way to manufacture it for less so it wouldn't be such an expensive natural product. For anyone reading this, it's worth trying because it's likely you will get results. But let's give regular feedback and support to the manufacture to see if they can find ways to reduce their manufacturing cost to allow people with lower platelets to afford to take it regularly for medical and at times, life-saving reasons. Perhaps if they sold a larger bottle (bulk?) cost could be lower?? Lower cost will mean increased orders/sales for their company = win/win!

I haven't used this long enough to see if my platelet levels have increased but because of the sickly sweet taste I just can't buy another. I do understand that the taste of papaya leaves is bitter but I'd rather get it neat and add a little maple syrup or something.

Great flavour and not too thick. Easy to take in.

I bought this product for my husband. He just finished his third bottle in hopes to raise Platelet Count. The blood test was done just one day after he finished his 3rd bottle and the result shows significant improvement, platelet count went up above the normal rate. I recommend this product to try because it really workes to boost up the Platelet Count.
