Ok for what you pay
This purple jewelry box has lasted so far a few years. My daughter liked it so much that I recently purchased another one in black.It's velvet is soft, it catches easily dust and is hard to get the dust off or if you have cats the fine cat hair will stick to it. But it's cute, functional, spacious and has a little lock on it as well.

Perfect for travel and downsizing
My Mom was downsizing and wanted a jewelry holder she could keep in a drawer and also take with her when she traveled. This is perfect! The material is velvety and rich looking (I ordered purple), and it has way more roomy little spaces than I had anticipated. She said it was her favorite gift during her move. Highly recommend.
