Q: Has anybody experienced the item getting deformed after you fold it? If yes, how did you resolve the issue? Thanks!

Mine became deformed when we opened the box and took it out for the first time. Impossible to set it up correctly!

Q: Is there a place for stakes on the flap?

Yes, there are tabs (on mine) to stake the flap down.

Q: How do you collapse tent?

The tent could be folded down within 10 seconds. We have a user instruction inside the tent package. Also there's a QR code, you can scan the QR code with your phone and then you can watch the video about "how to set it up and fold down".
