I have around 35 compression/body shaping shirts and this one is in my top 3 favorites because it does exactly what I want a compression shirt to do. The shirt is of high quality and I have not seen even one stitch that is coming loose after many washes and line drying. I do wash this shirt in my front loading washer oner the delicate cycle and using very little spin. I only use cold water when washing the shirt. I then hang it to dry and it dries quickly. This shirt fits very tight on the midsection and the chest so make sure that is what you are looking for before you buy it. With it being as tight as it is you will notice instant slimming of the chest and midsection and you will also notice that it really helps with your posture. Now, when I first got this shirt I had to put it on by stepping into the shirt and pulling it all the way up my body. I have put the shirt on over my head once and it took a heck of a lot of energy to pull it down to where it was supposed to go. These days I just step into it and pull it up to where I want it to be. Some people don't have a problem with doing that and some others will because it is not manly to put a shirt on that way. How will anybody know that you had to step into the shirt and pull it up if you don't tell them. Anyway, it is just so much easier to step into the shirt versus putting it over your head and struggling for a good while to get it where you want it. I love this shirt, I love the way it makes me look, I love the self confidence that this shirt gives me, etc. If you fully understand how tight this shirt will be and that is exactly what you are looking for then I very highly recommend this shirt. I normally wear a large shirt and I got a medium and it's the perfect size to slim me up, basically hide my moobs, give me much needed self confidence. This shirt is easily taken off your body as long as you take it off like you put it on. Again, great shirt

You probably need to consider at least 1 size up from normal. This shirt is tight. Which is what it's supposed to be. Great product.

I am giving this 4 stars because it actually slimmed my love handles down enough to fit into shirts that have become to tight around the stomach. One negative though, it reduced my love handles but pushed my stomach forward a bit but did so with firmness so it isn't all jiggles. The fabric is good quality. I will only be using this until I lose the weight I have gained but a good product nonetheless.

I have been using this sweatshirt for CrossFit training and telling you what it really helps to recover time! It helps me to keep my posture, it sounds weird because it doesn't specify a pose, but I feel like the shoulder is pushed backwards to enhance the posture. It maintains a warm temperature but quickly sweats, thus restoring time. Press the chest well, tighten the waist, and operate exactly as specified. Recommended for those who want to use it to enhance your training and reduce the time between class recovery, or if you buy it for a fool, this is a strong press on the chest, then it can be flattened

Doesn’t provide a lot of compression, sorry guys. If you’re looking for something akin to a binder, to really pack yourself in, this isn’t it. :( It made basically no difference and I’m not that large. Like 30 pounds overweight. I had an underworks binder for ftm and men with gynecomastia and that thing really did the job. :/ Second one so far I’ve tried of the available offerings that doesn’t provide strong compression. Feels on the thinner side and stretchy.

Too loose for my taste. Did use the table chart but I need a smaller number maybe.
