Doubtful. The pegs are pretty big.

This model is for Alto Saxophone and pegs for flute or clarinet, it could not hold a soprano sax.

Q: Would a tenor sax fit well on this stand?

Dear customer, there are three gears adjustment on the second section of this sax stand for alto/tenor saxophone to meet different placement requirements.

Q: Would a peg be able to hold the bell end of a trumpet?

NO. It’s now wide enough and won’t hold your trumpet upright. Will only hold a flute and sometimes a clarinet. Sorry!
