I like having the dual shower head. My only issue is with the controls. The one on the fixed shower head is not easy to see. On the handheld shower head, it is almost impossible to move the on and off lever down or up often and requires excessive force which my senior hands don't have the strength to do sometimes.Other then that, I like it fine.

Even though the shower heads are very cheap feeling and the parts seem fragile, I actually really enjoy this shower head with hose. The hose itself is sturdy but the connectors are all a bit fragile feeling, however, it was super easy for me to install and as long as I am careful with tightening it works great! The water pressure is awesome and the hose works well and is so light that I really prefer this to the heavy thick material one we used to have and no leaks...no plumbers tape needed! Even though it's just plastic it looks good and works well so far but I have only had for a week so hopefully it keeps up for a good amount of time.

I LOVE this showhead! It produces a nice large pattern of spray, and has enough other settings to satisfy almost anyone. I also like the message jet spray, feels great on any aching spots on your back or neck. It's easy to change spray settings. I like having the lever to switch from shower head to hand-held or both, or shut both off temporarily, but it's a stretch for me to reach it. Would be fine for a taller person, or a lower shower arm. I do not have great water pressure but this produces plenty of pressure as long as you use one or the other (not both at the same time). I did not remove the flow regulator from the main shower head either. I did remove it from the hand-held ... was easy by just screwing a screw part way into it and pulling straight out. As the directions say, your shower arm needs to have enough thread to push tightly against the washer ... or it will leak. First try, mine did, so I had to eliminate using the collar there. Where the hand-held hose connects to the bracket, the threads were kind of rough, hard to screw all the way in, so that leaked until I used a pliers to get beyond the rough spot and tighten it all the way. After that ... all is GREAT! Although mostly plastic, it appears well-made. And, unlike some other hand-held hoses I read about, this hose hangs nice and close to the shower wall.

This is a very nice shower head easy installation does not weigh much the water pressure is good for the most part ..the dial on the side let's you change it from one head to both so u are able to use the on and off slide button on the wand how ever when this is turned on the water pressure does weaken

Followed all the instructions such as adding the included tape to EVERY thread and I get NO leaks whatsoever. I also removed the flow regulators. My apartment had a weak showerhead and this was a HUGE difference. It may be plastic but it is built with quality. It doesn't take much to install. It took me less than 10 minutes. The waterfall/mist mode is my favorite and has made my shower experience amazing. Almost too amazing that it's addictive and I now take 2 showers a day, morning and night. SO relaxing.Every mode works. It IS advertised to work as 2 at once, but you'll lose pressure. There is no false advertising there. If it works, it works. It's just not as strong as using one showerhead. Also, it's just not necessary to use two at once... That's overkill and a waste of water. You'll be more than satisfied with the single showerhead mode. Trust me on this.
