I love the secure attachment to the car vent. Also love the ability to adjust the phone 360 degrees to keep glare away from the phone screen, plus lift the phone away from the hazard lights, radio and other dashboard buttons. Can attach to any vent configuration, so will take this with me when I travel as it will fit any rental car. Unobtrusive (my initial concern melted away as its all black color makes it almost invisible in front of the vent. And all at a very reasonable price compared to vent clips that cost a lot more and are not as functional. (I bought 7 vent clips to find one I liked and kept this one.)

This small black mount clamps on to an air vent louver, grips the phone with a spring-loaded clamp, and adjusts screen visibility by means of a ball joint with a locking nut (a spare nut is included). Can't assess its durability as I only just installed it. At least when new, the spring clamp that holds the phone is pretty stiff and takes two hands to operate safely--maybe I'll acquire the knack of one-handed operation. You have to be careful to allow the buttons on the sides of the phone to clear the clamp, which means (in the case of my iPhone 6) inserting the phone fairly high up in the clamp. Biggest problem so far is that my car's only accessible louver is a swiveling horizontal louver that directs air flow up and down. This means the entire mount with phone is somewhat unstable, as it too swivels up and down with the louver. It's manageable but only with care. The louver clamp, a bit hard to access as it sits behind the ball joint, has positions for a thin or a thick louver and clamps to the louver fairly securely if you're careful. I think this inexpensive device will work pretty well for some drivers, some cars, and some phones.

Seems like a very strong attachment to my air vent. The problem with it is that it is too shallow for my phone case. If you have a thicker case this will not work. I have a Samsung 6 with a case that holds 3-4 cards and it will not stay in. I think it would be fine if you have a regular/thin case, it works ok if I take the cards out. This info may be somewhere - I thought I looked through the info, questions & reviews enough but I didn't think to look for this issue specifically. A friend is buying it off me because the return shipping $ is more than half of its cost and for me, it's a hassle to find one of the various options for dropping off, so not worth it.

Once this is finally in place, it does a decent job of holding the phone in place. finding the perfect angle to lock into place is annoying and more difficult than it has to be. If you are someone like me who will move/hold their phone multiple times in a single trip, this probably isn't for you. if you are going to put your phone into this and leave it there until your trip is over, this may be a better option. trying to remove the phone with one hand is very difficult and putting it back into place is even more difficult and, in my opinion, causes the holder to become loose and have to be tightened up again and put into place. if you use a case and plan on moving your phone at all, I think the magnet options are a much better option

Started off great. It fits well on the vent, but moves around a lot. After a few weeks the rubber grips on the arms came off and its now useless. It won't hold onto the phone.Update: the sellers made a wonderful attempt to fix the situation. But, this second mount has the same issues. I wish it wasnone seamless clip, as the adhesive pads came off again, making the holder useless. It makes hand-free driving much more dangerous when my heavy phone flys across the car at a touch, bump, quick break or turn. Spend a few more dollars for a better quality mount.

My recommendation for this is to buy one to use in one vehicle, all the time. I tried switching this from one vehicle to another, and when I moved it back to the original vehicle, the clamp didn't hold as well as it had at first. It holds great, doesn't slip, and gives you the flexibility to adjust the tension of the swivel head. The clamps aren't very deep, though, so if your phone has a case that adds significantly to the thickness of your phone, it looks as though the clamps might not be able to hold onto it. However, this one does the trick for me where other clamps have fallen short. I like that the clamp fits more than one size vent slat, too.

I've come across many different kinds of vent phone mounts and I found that they've mostly been too loose, flimsy or insecure when attached. I've always liked this concept but wasn't sure that I wanted to deal with fit issues. However, this phone mount attracted my attention for 2 reasons. First it had a "ball & socket" feature that would allow for some directional adjustment. And second, that it had adjustable vent-prongs so that a tight fit could be achieved regardless of whether your car had thick or thin vent vanes.I think that designing a phone mount for the delicate AC vents is a challenge for all the obvious reasons. But these product designers took the challenge seriously and came up with, for me, a perfect solution.

I've been wanting some kind of dash mount for some time. I finally chose the Exshow, vent phone mount for mounting a Moto G to my Nissan Leaf. I find that the Moto G phone is held securely by the mount (I use landscape orientation), and the vent clip is also secure. Since this phone is used for displaying data from Leaf Spy Pro, I don't need to remove the phone from the mount. If this was my phone for carrying around and I had to remove it from the dash constantly, then I think I would chose some kind of magnetic mount. But for my purpose, this mount works very well.

justo lo que buscaba, ese seguro que tiene para ajustarse bien al grosor de la rejilla está genial por qué queda perfectamente bien sujeto, no se Safa cuando retiras el teléfono, además del hecho de que se mueve 360° Y se puede fijar en la posición deseada lo hacen perfecto para mi, si pienso que me costo caro Jaja claro que lo hubiera preferido en un costo menor pero creo que al final vale la pena lo que pague 🤷🏻‍♂️

Es muy práctico y el ajuste me agrado sin embargo mi celular es un A12 y es algo pesado el cual no me ayudo mucho ya que lo use en un Aveo y estaba afectado la rejilla del aire.

Cumple su función, bastante bien. Aunque es mejorable.

After tightening it to correct position, clipped it onto the vent and it holds my Note9 really well! Hope it works for the note10+ soon as well!

I had so many other mounts before this bit this in perticular is really sturdy and holds the weight. Didnt fall off even ones and it stays sturdy. Some falls short of quality but this is perfect for the price.
