Q: Does it have to be refrigerated??

The bottle does not say it requires refrigeration. My understanding is that with vinegar as the #1 ingredient, it doesn't require it. I've never noticed any problem with not refrigerating it. Just to play it extra safe, however, I started keeping it in the fridge with my other hot sauces (the ones that do say "refrigerate after opening"). Refrigerated or not, it's still my favorite hot sauce.
