Q: Is this the conditioner? My stylist gave me a sample after my hair appointment, she didn’t say it was called “rinse”.

Yes it is. The daily conditioners are called rinses. Deep conditioners are called treatments.

Q: What is the return policy on this product? It made my hair super greasy. Thanks for your help!

Not sure but I’d contact Amazon. They have always let me return any item, for any reason..
