I used this saw to cut up some limbs ranging from 3-5" diameter. It did great and worked like a charm. The batteries charged and held up well.--My only qualm is with the manual. When the chain became loose, I found that the images for installing and tightening the blade did not match my particular saw. The tension adjustment screw is located in a different area than what was shown in those images. Fortunately, online sources (youtube) helped me straighten out that issue. I also learned (the hard way), that if there is any oil left in the oil pot after using, the saw must be stored in an upright position to prevent leakage.--In spite of the issues I have with the manual and confusion over tightening the chain, I found this little tool easily gets the job done with little effort.

Works great. Auto oiler does its job well. Easy to hold and carry. Used it for several small jobs on property and battery still going strong, but not sure of actual run time. Included second battery insures a longer job can be completed.One problem when I removed cover to see how difficult cleaning and chain replacement would be. I struggled to get cover back in place as it has pegs that go into corresponding holes in body. But a plastic pin was broken b and it took forever to align so I could close it.I contacted seller who promptly shipped new unit which was easy please to remove and replace cover. Great service.Highly recommended. One of my favorite pruning tools now.

I used this in back yard chopping up wood from fallen limbs and it works good, but the chain will come undone if you saw too thick of wood, or wet wood. But, the chain is easy to reattach (take battery out for safety), and they provide a second chain in case the original one breaks. The instructions are weak as mostly in Chinese and the diagrams don't really match with the instructions - in my opinion.

Only used once for maybe 3 minutes. Next time I went to use the saw, the batteries would not take a charge. Had it too long to return it, but I’ve got other battery powered tools that have been infrequently used and they always recharge. Very dissatisfied.

Product appears to be of high quality. Nice rugged carrying case. Comes with two batteries and two chains as advertised. Would have been a plus to include a small container of chain lube. I plan to use this to cut up downed limbs in my yard.Update: No problem cutting up downed limbs three to four inch in diameter. Plenty of power to spare. No problem charging batteries. Supplied gloves are comfortable but I feel a possible safety hazard due to slickness of glove material against saw hand grip.

Cuts bigger than expected, battery lasts longer than expected. Easy to use with one hand.

This product cut the limbs very fast. It also had two batteries and its voltage rating was among the highest (although I suspect its voltage rating may not be correct?). It also had one of the best prices of similar cutting tools. I have used it several times without any problems.
