Dit is een vervangend product voor het zelfde boek dat exact het zelfde probleem had. Vervormde bladzijdes door vocht. Ik vermoed dat de hele voorraad van dit boek het zelfde probleem heeft.

While reading this book I thought the 53 lessons that capture the main body of the book were very simple explanations of some stoic principles, and actually maybe too simple. Perhaps the only interesting part of this book is the 20 pages at the end on how we can update stoicism for our modern times. I think this is somehow interesting, but needs to be in a dialog with other modern stoics. Overall, I thoughts this is an overpriced book that added very little to my understanding of stoicism.

Great read.
