A dry-try, the rub has a combination of sweet and salty flavors. Some may find it salty but it cooks well in the smoker. We’ve smoked 4 chickens using this rub and the flavors are pretty consistent. The family enjoyed it!

It taste exactly like Kosmosq Dirty Bird except less sweet. If I were to remake this.... I'd use salt, sugar, hickory, chili powder, black pepper, garlic and a little more. Great for chicken and pork.
