Needs good transmitter
Updating my review to a 5 because I initially said the transmitter did not work well and this company reached out right away and made the product right. The volleyball team loves these. Thank you to this company!

Not Happy With Product
I am experiencing a failing transmitter (does not stay on, keeps turning off. 1/8 cord falls out very easily. Power and charging light do not stay on. Have to constantly unplug and or switch from off low and hi to reset and it still does the same thing. Four headsets that have been replaced already are super staticy. 3 headsets you can only hear on one side. Customer service is amazing, but the product has left me unhappy as I have only tried using 3 times since 10/2025 and it’s always something going wrong.

Works okay, but some headphone had issues.
These work okay and have used them twice for movie nights. The reason I am giving three stars is because two of the headphones in my set are malfunctioning and act like they don't want to turn off. Even after holding down the power button, they will not turn off and just have to wait the battery to drain for them to turn off.

Awesomeness
This system is great. I purchased them for my daughters Club Volleyball team. The girls love to warm up to music and in most venues, speakers aren’t allowed. These allow all of them to listen to music and not disturb anyone around them. The girls also love the attention they get from spectators and other teams. I would definitely buy them again. Thanks!

Amazing customer service
I received the headphones, one of them didn’t work. But when I contacted the manufacture listed in the enclosed paperwork, they responded immediately and they sahipped a replacement headphone. Great amazing cuatomer service. I would order from this company again.

Works as Expected, great product for the price
I bought this package as well as two additional transmitters. Works great, what's really nice is if you have only one or two channels running, the headphones automatically skip channels that don't exist, super nice. I only wish it have built in BluTooth but a cheap bluTooth receiver fixes that. Headphones change color based on your channel. Simple operation. The transmitter is also battery powered (Rechargeable) making setup a breeze. I highly recommend this.
