Not much to say - solid product.Instructions were clear and gathering the samples was easy. You get two test strips but only one mail in test, so I did my HVAC on top of the suspect location. Results came in under two weeks and included more information that I expected, with species explanations.

Everything about the process and results were impressive. The information and instructions in the test kit were clear. It was easy to gather and return the samples. It only took about a week for me to receive the test results. I liked that all different kinds of molds were pictures and explained in the information returned with the test results. Michael, the owner also called in addition to emailing the results. Great service, too! Highly recommend!

Was easy to use until I needed to mail the sample back to the lab. No problem for me since I found an envelope from another project and had some stamps!

When you place the two tests and the chain of custody in an envelope, the postage depends on whether the two slides stack. As such, you can mail it, during transport the two slides stack, now your envelope is deemed >0.25” thick, and the envelope gets returned for insufficient postage. Great product, but could you design the tests so that the plastic closures are joined (maybe can be snapped apart if desired) so this cannot happen?

ZERO STARSDo not waste your time and money on this product. Mold needs to be a timely diagnosis and this is anything but.I SENT IN TEST OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE RECEIVED NO TEST RESULTS IN RETURN.

This product literally saved my health. I had been getting sick non stop since I returned to work in August and other staff members had been too. It wasn’t until I saw the visible mold that I even thought to test for it. I tested two areas and within a week I had my results. We were able to safely evacuate the building and get the county to remediate the building. If I hadn’t done this who knows how much more sick myself or other staff members would have gotten. The results I received back from this test where the same results that the county’s inspector got.

I bought this because I needed to know what mold was growing on something I had brought into my home. It was affordable and easy to take the sample. Two tests come in the package. I'd been confused by the address to send it to so I emailed them and they got back to me immediately to verify the shipping address. I mailed it and had my results via email in a few days. He even called to make sure I'd received the results since I hadn't responded.I'd definitely use this test again.

Great company that really cares. Mold can be so stressful and scary, Michael and his team were so good about keeping me informed once they received the sample and processed it even though they had to get generators because of the Hurricane. I would highly recommend them.
