Watch charged ok on christmas day but not since ? How do i get info on this

Good Quality and value of money

Very good for money.I bought this on 18th January and charged it to 100 and only lost 1/3 bars of battery and it is the 21st now so hopefully it will last till 27th so 9 days battery life. This is a very comfy Fitbit. I haven't found any problems yet so all good.

Too big and rubbing

Item too big for my 7yr old grandson. Asked to return this but told out of time even though only 4 days past the return period and over Xmas. Company would not budge on this sadly.

It's a good children smart watch, my 6 years old was happy with it.

Although my 6 years old loved it at first, he doesn't like wearing it cause of the bracelet and got bored of it quickly
