Perfect for use , for head movement in slipping punches It’s not going to imitate the reality of fast punches coming at you ; But it will get your head moving from left to right, and torso . Good value, and quality.

Very durable head movement bag for the price. Side note- please don't punch it, it's for head movement only. If your looking to mix in strikes with your head movement, get a reflex bag.

This is a great product to work your head movement. The D ring isn’t great and the rope can fray. All around an amazing product and a great buy for any boxer or anyone wanting to burn calories in a fun way.

I’ve set this up in my basement and found it works well, the quality is good for the price, only thing that’s lacking is it would have been nice if it came with more than one hanging hook already built into the provided rope to hang it
