Shires EZI-GROOM Stain Remover 400ml

Purchased this product and it was delivered without the spray nozel. Complained and the company customer services sent out a spray nozel in a few days.The company customer services then hassled us by calling and messaging us to change our Amazon complaint feedback. Having received the nozel we removed our comments.When we subsequently put the spray tube in the bottle the solution separated and went lumpy and was certainly not the solution expected (we wouldn't spray it on a horse). Being faulty we therefore returned the product for a full refund (including postage, as there was no mention of postage costs at this stage). We received a product refund promptly, although have had to pay the return postage which has not been reimbursed despite it being a faulty product.
