Needed a little heist in my right shoe to help balance my posture! Comfort and support.

These heel lifts have been a simple solution to my leg length discrepancy. I have them in all my shoes, even flip flops. They stay put, and I have been able to customize them to a height that is good for me. If I leave them out of my shoes for a few days, I’ll get a back ache. So they work really well for me.

These heel lifts are comfortable and have adequate (but not great) adhesion. The problem is even with all three inserts they do not measure 3/8" because they compress with weight. I am keeping them because they are comfortable and fit most of my shoes but not doing much to help with my shorter leg.

After my hip replacement, one leg was a bit longer than the other. My physical therapist said these would work fine for me and helped me put it into my shoe. It helps keep my hips in alignment. Please delete my refund request and charge my account again. Sorry for the bother. The lift is working fine.

I need these to wear in my tennis shoes. Good arch support. Recommend

I just had knee replacement surgery and my knee is still so tight that the leg is a little shorter yet. This product helps tremendously.

Exactly what we expect

Every few weeks, I have to pull the whole stack apart and re-align them. So far the adhesive has held up pretty well and all the layers do still stick together after doing this five or six times. They are comfortable though and fit in most shoes. I usually wear socks indoors, and I've found that I can put this inside one sock if they're fairly elastic and stretchy. In other words, loose-fitting socks don't work, but this makes me a lot more comfortable moving around the house.

Doesn’t stay in place great

Needed a heel raise on one side to deal with back issues. Are as advertised, came as promised. Thought I’d need all three layers but only required two. Comes as two sets of 3 gel layers. Has greatly reduced back strain due to scoliosis.

Right now I'm trying the 2 cloth lifts and they help but soon would want to try the harder plastic ones ..to see if they make a difference

The information page indicated a 3 pack. Only 2 were included. Is this the only way to complain?

My one leg is shorter than the other, so I pair 2 of these in a shoe to even out my height. I like that these stick to my shoe and I can wash them when they get dirty. After washing with water, they regain their stickiness, much to my surprise! They also fit well in my shoes (size 7 womens). I would buy them again.
