Really helped with depression
There are 34 mutations that can mess with methylation. I was put on a proton pump inhibitor for life about 25 years ago and within 6 months life went downhill. Insane depression and anxiety while doctors wrote me off. Nerve pain at the tips of my fingers was cured by changing from cyanocobalamin to Methyl-B12 and it seemed to help the mental issues off and on. I didn't think methylfolate would do anything because I am already taking 800 mcg folic acid per day in divided doses. This methylfolate cured the depression and nerve pain within a week, though I read 3 to 6 months is required to fix a folate deficiency. This is worth a try! :)

Found My Missing Energy and Sleep!
Taking this supplement nightly due to MTHFR. It isn’t a huge pill so it’s easy to swallow and after a week, I noticed my long lost energy was back AND I’m sleeping again. I’m pleased with the quality and the size of the bottle. Definitely don’t want to do without again.
