Upgraded nieces powerwheel when the battery needed replaced. 20v 5ah battery and this, was such an improvement. Last longer and goes almost twice as fast.

Like everyone else, our power wheel died pretty quickly and was frustrating. It seemed to be on the charger more than in the yard having a good time. With this update, the power wheel lasts about twice as long, is probably 3x's faster and with my collection of batteries, my daughter makes a pit stop, we swap batteries and off she goes. Super simple upgrade but you will need a bigger fuse if using the newer dewalt batteries. I used a 40amp fuse.

Power switch gave out after a month but I'm not surprised for the price. Bracket is a snug fit to the battery and mounting holes were handy. Note this outputs the full 20V so if you need 12, get a step-down converter.

This product was as described works well so far used it to upgrade. My son's power wheel bought it used it came with a dead Battery luckily I do construction and have plenty of dewalt batteries

I used this to bring life to a 12volt John Deere power wheel that had sat for years. Spliced existing wire. Connected wires in sockets and electrical tape.My DeWalt 1.2 amp batteries give it about 10-15 minutes of run time.

I bought this to use on my kids power wheel with my Dewalt batteries. Very simple to install attach the black wire to the black wire and the red wire to the white wire. Came with mounting screws. I tested it with both small and large Dewalt batteries or 20 V lithium. I would highly recommend.

20V DeWalt batteries (or compatible off-brand models) are the only way to go when souping up a Power Wheels Dune Racer. Absolutely recommend. Kids are power sliding all over the neighborhood!
